A superb pair of Emerald green Burmese Jadeite Jade archaistic bell shaped pieces most probably previously mounted as earrings, now mounted as cuff links. From the Gump Family Collection of San Francisco. In our opinion, the subject matter, workmanship and fine jadeite material suggest an 18th. century date for these jades. The cufflink mounting is 20th. century.
